Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked + Signed 24hr to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Dispatch Time
We aim to post all parcels at the earliest opportunity, if the order is placed and fully paid by 2pm, it should be posted out the same day.
In some circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed. This could be due to:
- Store closures (e.g., holidays, unforeseen events)
- Postal office closures
- Inventory issues
Should any delay occur, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived, please allow 72 hours from dispatch to ensure it is not simply delayed in the standard timeframe.
If your parcel has still not arrived after this period, please contact us to make us aware.
Please note:
- Royal Mail requires us to wait 10 days from posting before we can raise an official claim.
- Your parcel may still arrive within this period, even if delayed.
